Core settings

• Customer service name The name the AI uses in replies. Example: Thomas

• AI reply delay Adds a delay before sending replies. Example: 5 minutes

Shipping

• Average shipping days Typical delivery time used in shipping answers. Example: 7 days

• Repair incorrect addresses Sends a confirmation email when an address looks incorrect.

• Discount code Code the AI can offer to win back unhappy or hesitant customers. Example: VIP15
