Getting started with ScaleFlows is simple. In just a few minutes, you’ll have everything ready so our AI can handle your customer emails.

Here’s what you’ll do:

1. Add Your Store

   • Option A: Create a store manually if you don’t use Shopify.

   • Option B: Connect your Shopify store directly to ScaleFlows for automatic syncing.

2. Connect Your Email Link your support inbox so ScaleFlows can send fast, professional replies to your customers.

3. Set Up Your Knowledge Base Add policies, FAQs, and product details. ScaleFlows uses this to provide accurate answers and prevent refunds.

4. Enable Team Alerts Decide when you or your team should be notified so nothing important slips through.
