SMTP Credentials
After setting up Email Forwarding, you also need to add your SMTP credentials.
This allows ScaleFlows to send replies from your own email address, so customers always see emails coming from your official support inbox.
SMTP Settings per Provider
Gmail / Google Workspace
SMTP Server:
smtp.gmail.comPort: 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)
Username: your Gmail address
Password: App Password

Once you enter these details in ScaleFlows, all replies will be sent directly from your own email account. Customers will never see ScaleFlows — only your support address.
What is an App Password?
Some email providers (like Gmail, iCloud, and Yahoo) don’t allow you to use your normal password for SMTP. Instead, you need to create a special one-time password called an App Password.
This password is only used by ScaleFlows to send emails from your account. It does not change your normal login and can be deleted anytime.
