Email Forwarding
To let ScaleFlows reply to your customers, forward your support emails to: π§ [email protected]
Choose your email provider below and follow the steps:
Gmail / Google Workspace
Open Gmail.
Go to Settings β See all settings.
Click Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
Press Add a forwarding address.
Enter [email protected] and confirm.
Select Forward a copy of incoming mail and save.
Outlook / Office 365
Open Outlook.
Go to Settings β Mail β Forwarding.
Turn on Enable forwarding.
Enter [email protected].
Tick Keep a copy (recommended).
Save.
iCloud Mail
Go to iCloud Mail.
Click Settings (gear icon).
Select Rules.
Add rule: If message is received β Forward to [email protected].
Save.
Yahoo Mail
Open Yahoo Mail.
Go to Settings β More Settings β Mailboxes.
Choose your email address.
Add [email protected] under forwarding.
Confirm the verification email.
PrivateEmail (Namecheap)
Log in to PrivateEmail Webmail.
Go to Settings β Mail β Auto Forward.
Enable Auto Forward: Forward all messages to [email protected].
(Optional) Keep a copy in your inbox.
Save.
Done! From now on, all your customer emails go straight into ScaleFlows.
